Fish Taco

Marinade
1 lb salmon fillet sliced into long strips
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 cumin powder
1/2 turmeric powder
1 lemon juice
Salt to taste
1/4 cup oil to saute fish

Toppings
Chopped cabbage
Sliced radish
Sliced carrots
Chopped cilantro
Sliced avocado
You can add any topping as per your desire.

Salsa
1 small onion
1 ripe tomato
2 serrano pepper
Handful cilantro
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 lemon juice
Salt to taste

Tortilla
Flour or Corn (I used store-bought corn tortillas)

Directions:
Mix the marinade in a bowl and add fish strips. Set aside the fish for 15 mins and then heat a pan with oil and add the fish. Saute each side for 5-7 mins or until cooked.

To make salsa blend all the ingredients in a food processor for 15 seconds. If you don't have a food processor, then chop all the salsa ingredients into small pieces and mix them together. To give it a puree form mash some of it with mortar and pestle then add it back.

Take a warm tortilla and place the sauteed fish and the toppings. Drizzle salsa over the taco and enjoy homemade fish tacos.
