Ingredients:
3 Golden Pompano 1 inch sliced (use your favorite fish)
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 lemon juice
2 tbsp water
Salt
1 cup oil
2 strand curry leaves
Directions:
Mix chili powder, crushed black pepper, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, and water all together and make a thick paste. Add the fish and marinate for at least 30 mins. Then in a pan heat up oil and fry the fish each side around 5 mins each. Take the fish out of the oil and keep on a tissue paper for 5 mins to remove excess oil. Then add the 2 strands of curry leaves to the oil (be careful because it will splutter.) pull it out and then garnish the leaves on top of the fish before serving.
