Tandoori Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
2 cups of All-Purpose Flour (for best result use Caputo Tipo "00" flour or bread flour)
1 packet yeast .25 oz (1.5 tsp)
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup lukewarm water
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp salt
Extra flour for rolling

Toppings
1 cup pizza sauce of your choice
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 onion sliced
2 chopped serrano peppers
Few chopped cilantro

Tandoori Chicken Marinade
1 chicken breast cut in small pieces (roughly 1 lb)
1 tbsp tandoori masala
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp yogurt
Salt to taste
1/2 lemon juice
1/4 cup oil

Seasoning
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried basil leaves
1 tbsp chili flakes
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp pepper powder
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp water

Directions: 

Dough - take a cup of lukewarm water and add tb 
sp sugar and 1 packet of active yeast. Mix it well and you will see it bubble or get a froth. Then in a bowl add 2 cups of flour, salt, and the mixed yeast water. Combine it all together to form a dough. If the dough sticks to your hand then add 1 tbsp flour at a time to combine the dough into a proper ball form. Then oil a bowl and keep the dough covered in a warm place for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes the dough will be doubled in size.

Tandoori chicken -Take a bowl and mix tandoori masala, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt. Then add in the chicken and marinate for 15-30 mins. Then heat oil in a pan and saute the chicken a few pieces at a time. Depending on the pieces it will be cooked in 5-10 mins.  

Seasoning - Combine dried oregano, basil leaves, chili flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper powder, and salt. 

Building Pizza - Heat the oven at 400 degrees F.  Take the pizza dough and lightly dust it with flour. Then divide the dough into 2 equal sizes. Take 1 half of the dough and start shaping it in circle form. Keep dusting the dough to prevent tearing. Be gently and pull with your hands or use a rolling pin to form a circle. Place the dough on the pizza stone or baking pan before adding toppings. Then add 1 cup pizza sauce onto the dough and spread evenly. Sprinkle the seasoning all over the sauce and then add mozzarella cheese. Then add chopped serranos and sliced onions. Bake until the dough color has changed and then take it out and add the tandoori chicken and more cheese and sprinkle cilantro. Then bake for 5 minutes and then take it out and sprinkle little more seasoning on top and add fresh cilantro. Your pizza is ready.
