Ingredients:
4 fish stakes cut in quarters
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 lemon juice
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp tandoori masala
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp crushed black pepper
2 tbsp mustard oil
Salt to taste
Oil for frying (do not deep fry, just saute)
Directions:
In a bowl add in yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, tandoori masala, crushed black pepper, chaat masala, and mustard oil. Mix it all together and form a thick paste. Then coat each piece with this marinade and keep in the fridge overnight or for 1 hour. Then heat oil in a pan and saute the fish each side for 5 mins (depends on how thick your fish is.) It should be ready if not let it fry for few more minutes. Then take it off the oil and set it on tissue paper to absorb oil and then it is ready to be served.
