Ingredients:
1.70 lb ground chicken
2 tsp chili flakes
5 serrano peppers
1 yellow onion finely chopped (squeeze and drain water out)
6 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
1 tbsp roasted and crushed coriander seed
1 tbsp roasted and crushed cumin seed
1 tbsp chaat masala
1 tsp mango powder/amchor
1/2 bunch mint leaves
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
2 tbsp roasted gram flour
1 tbsp ghee
Salt to taste
Directions:
In a chopper add ginger, garlic, green chili, mint and coriander leaves and blend it. Don't make a puree, just make it finely chopped. Then take a bowl and add ground chicken, chopped ingredients from blender, yellow onion, chili flakes, roasted coriander seeds, roasted cumin seeds, chaat masala, mango powder, gram flour, ghee and salt. Mix it all together and marinate for 1 hour. Then take skewers and give it a shape of kabab. Then grill the meat or cook on stove top. I used air fryer 350 degree for 12 mins. When ready rub butter before serving.
