Ingredients:
1/2 lb chicken cut in cubes
1/2 inch ginger
6 garlic cloves
4 serrano peppers
1 tbsp plain yogurt
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp kasuri methi
1 tsp cream cheese
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp melted butter
Salt to taste
Direction:
In a blender add ginger, garlic, green chili and heavy whipping cream. Blend it all together to form a thick paste. In a bowl add chicken and mix in the blended paste. Then add in kasuri meethi, black pepper, yogurt, cream cheese and salt. Marinate for 30 mins. Then grill it or cook it on a pan. Cook each side for 5-7 mins or until charred. When cooked brush melted butter and serve.
