Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast cut in cubes
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp plain yogurt
Salt per taste
8 garlic cloves
1 red bell pepper roughly cut
2 dry red chili
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup warm water
Directions:
In a bowl add cut chicken pieces and then add in ginger garlic paste, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, plain yogurt and salt. Mix well and marinate it for 15 mins. Next step take a blender and add in garlic cloves, red bell pepper and warm water and make a puree (keep it aside). Now heat a pan with oil and then add in the marinated chicken pieces. Saute till chicken pieces are completely cooked. Then add in the blended puree and cook till oil is separated. It will take around 10-15 mins. Then serve it with rice or roti. Enjoy!!!
