Aloo tikki



Ingredients:
4 boiled potatoes
Chopped cilantro leaves handful
Salt to taste
1 tbsp chili flakes
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp rice flour
Oil to fry

Directions:
In a bowl add boiled potatoes (room temperature,  don't use hot potatoes), chopped cilantro,  chili flakes, chaat masala,  salt and rice flour. Mix it all together and form flat oval shape tikki or any shape of your choice.  Then heat oil in a pan and shallow fry both sides till golden brown.  Serve it with any chutney of your choice.
