Masala Chaas


Ingredients:

1 cup plain yogurt

2 cup cold water

2 green chili chopped

1/2 inch ginger

1 tbsp chopped cilantro

1 tsp roasted cumin seed (crushed)

1 tsp black salt (adjust accordingly)

1 tsp crushed black pepper

5-8 mint leaves

Pinch of chaat masala

Ice optional 

Directions:

In a bowl mix all the above ingredients and add ice. Make sure all the ingredients are blended properly. Adjust salt as needed.    Serve it cold and beat the heat.
