Air Fryer Chicken Drumstick

 


Ingredients:

5 chicken legs

1 tbsp yogurt

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp kashmiri chili powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp chaat masala

1/2 lemon juice

1 tsp black pepper powder

1 tsp garam masala

Salt to taste

Directions:

In a bowl add in all the above ingredients together and make a thick paste. Make slits on the chicken legs and add it to the paste. Coat each piece properly with the masala and marinate for 15-30 mins. Then place the chicken pieces in air fryer at 350 degree for 30 mins. In 15 mins turn the pieces and check on it. Depending on the thickness of pieces the chicken may cook faster or slower. Once fully cooked take it out and serve with paratha or rice. 

TIP - before marinating the chicken brine it for 15 mins.  This will make your chicken juicy. 

Brining process - fill water in a bowl and add 2 - 3 tbsp salt.  Soak the chicken in it for 15 mins and then wash it off.
